Accommodations clean, modern, and quiet. Staff polite and helpful, especially the Bartender. Breakfast fresh and good. Great location with restaurants, bars, and breweries nearby. Easy parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and train station, making it easy to explore Hamburg. The modern appearance and lovely bar make for a pleasant stay. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness of the rooms.

the hotel was brand-new with unbeatable location short walk to the city center as well as the reeperbahn. courteous staff, well soundproofed and reasonably priced rooms. comfy beds and magnificent views. early check-in and good customer service. had a really nice time.

Staff were professional, wi-fi was good, and I liked its perfect location right by Messe and Harbor, the city center and wharf, centre. They made my stay great.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was great and we could easily explore the area. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The amenities in the room were wonderful, especially the mini-bar and in-room safe. We slept soundly thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The welcome drink was a lovely touch and we appreciated the free toiletries.
