the hotel was brand-new with unbeatable location short walk to the city center as well as the reeperbahn. courteous staff, well soundproofed and reasonably priced rooms. comfy beds and magnificent views. early check-in and good customer service. had a really nice time.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was great and we could easily explore the area. The room service and housekeeping were top-notch, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The amenities in the room were wonderful, especially the mini-bar and in-room safe. We slept soundly thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The welcome drink was a lovely touch and we appreciated the free toiletries.
We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The design of the hotel was lovely and the staff were very accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and I appreciated the provided disinfectant. The location was perfect, as it was central to many attractions and within walking distance of the St Pauli station. the parking was convenient and secure.

Personalized service that were really good my expectations. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, but the staff kindly stored my bags and even offered me a complimentary drink at the bar. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, with a modern design and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. I had a fantastic stay at Arcotel Onyx and would highly recommend it.
